License Agreement

This License Agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered into by and between TricksterLabs ("Licensor") and the holder of a "Trickster PFP" or "Stellar Crystal" non-fungible token ("Licensee"):

  • Grant of License: Licensor grants to Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to use the associated artwork of the "Trickster PFP" or "Stellar Crystal" NFTs for any lawful purpose, as long as the Licensee owns the NFTs.

  • Restrictions: Licensee shall not use the artwork in any manner that would infringe on any third-party rights or violate any laws or regulations. Additionally, Licensee shall not use the artwork in any manner that would be considered defamatory, pornographic, or obscene.

  • Ownership: The ownership of the NFTs and the artwork remains with Licensor and nothing in this Agreement shall be deemed to transfer any ownership rights to the Licensee.

  • Termination: This Agreement will terminate automatically if the Licensee no longer owns the NFTs.

  • Disclaimer: Licensor makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, suitability or availability with respect to the artwork or the information, products, services, or related graphics contained in the artwork for any purpose. Any reliance you place on such information is therefore strictly at your own risk.

  • Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania.
