Welcome to TricksterLabs. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Service"):

  • NFT Sales: The NFTs sold on our website, including but not limited to "Trickster PFP" are unique digital assets that are stored on the Bitcoin blockchain. The ownership of the NFTs can be transferred to other users through a transfer of the corresponding digital asset on the blockchain. We are not responsible for any errors or omissions in the information provided on the website regarding the NFTs. We reserve the right to refuse any sale of NFTs for any reason.

  • NFT Usage: The NFTs sold on our website, including but not limited to "Trickster PFP" grants the holder the right to use the associated artwork in any way they wish while they own it. However, it is important to note that the usage of the artwork should not infringe on any third party's rights. By purchasing an NFT, you represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use the artwork and that your use of the artwork will not infringe on any third party's rights.

  • Utilities: "Trickster PFP" holders will also have benefit from various utilities like access to our private discord that is self-governed by our members through various bots and various tools that we will release to our holders. These features may undergo various changes not described in the original version due to factors out of our control like legal, security and technological ones. We are not responsible for any errors or omissions in the information provided on the website regarding the utilities.

  • Representations and Warranties: By using our website and services, you represent and warrant that (i) you have the right and authority to enter into this Agreement, (ii) you have read and understand this Agreement, and (iii) you will comply with all terms and conditions of this Agreement.

  • Disclaimer of Warranties: You understand and agree that your use of the website and services is at your own risk. The website and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the website or the information, content, materials, or products included on the website.

  • Limitation of Liability: In no event shall we be liable for any damages whatsoever, including but not limited to any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the website or services.

  • Dispute Resolution: Any dispute arising out of or related to these terms of service or the use of our website and services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of The Court of International Commercial Arbitration of Romania.

  • Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision in these terms of service shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision unless acknowledged and agreed to by us in writing.

  • Entire Agreement: These terms of service, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices or agreements published by us on the website, shall constitute the entire agreement between you and us concerning the use of the website and services.
